1/2 cup white rice
4 cups soy milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar

A vegan's answer to cream cheese
In other words, a solution to cream cheese spread. Apparently will give a ‘smokey’ taste like when you put salmon on a bagel, but if you just take out the liquid smoke, and use regular tofu, it’s just an awesome creamy spread. Replace parsley when any leafy spice/veg you want for your favorite earthy flavor (like Basil for me!)

Homemade Success
1/2 of Bran Flakes - Crush them up, put in bowl
1 tbs of Peanut Butter - place on top on flakes
add just a splash of water on the flakes as to let the flakes absorb it a bit; makes them softer
Put bowl in microwave and nuke it for 30 ish seconds, then stop and stir, then again for 20 ish seconds.
